What cushion fabric options are available?

Cushions can be filled with 38 high-density sponge or quick dry foam. Fabric options include normal outdoor fabric, Sunproof Fabric, or premium Sunbrella Fabric, with thickness ranging from 5cm to 15cm.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Normally, the MOQ is 10-20 sets per model. We also accept mixed loading of 2-3 models in a container. Smaller orders are accepted but may incur higher production costs.

What are the payment terms?

Payment terms require a 30% deposit via T/T upon PI issuance, with the remaining 70% balance paid before shipment via T/T or L/C at sight.

What is the delivery time?

Delivery time depends on the order quantity. Normally, it takes 35 working days. During peak season, lead time may extend to 1-3 months, while off-season lead time is about one month.

Is the glass top customizable?

Yes, the tempered glass top is available in thicknesses of 5mm to 8mm and comes in Clear, Grey, Coffee, and Frosted colors.
